This Week's Cravings: Just 'peachy!'

Welcome to This Week's Cravings - our theme is PEACHES this week! Yeah, I love peaches :) Especially peach cobbler which is what I'm featuring today.

This recipe is beyond simple - and you can use a can of any fruit you wish!

Peach Cobbler
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can (lg) peachs in juice
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place butter in a 9 x 13 - and set in the oven to melt.
  3. Meanwhile, combine flour, sugar, milk and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Once butter is melted, remove from the oven. Pour in the entire can of peaches - juice and all!
  5. Pour batter over the top, don't mix!
  6. Bake approx. 45 minutes - until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
