Gold Star Wednesday

Happy Wednesday friendly bloggers!

It's that time again - What made you proud this week? Please share your favorite recipe, post, tutorial or picture from the week before.

I'm sharing my recent Baby Food post - it makes me smile for several reasons:

  1. I've had that post for a while, I finally posted!!

  2. Making the baby food. It's easy for sure, but does take a bit of time here and there. It was whispered into my naive, pregger ears that I wouldn't make baby food as I aspired due to lack of sleep and other factors. But alas - I do it! hahah!

  3. Well now, who couldn't smile when they look at that adorable picture?!? He's a cutie and I'm a proud Momma!

You are so right about people "whispering" that making baby food isn't doable, just as people whisper about breastfeeding, babywearing, etc. When it's the right thing to do for your baby, you just do it. I've been making baby food for both of my little ones, and the health benefits and savings are undeniable. Good for you! Gold star!
