- Goat Cheese
- Dried Italian spice mix
- Sandwich loaves
- You can buy goat cheese in logs. Already shaped and comparable in price to a small tub of goat cheese, it's a great starter. Simple remove from it's wrapper...
- ....and place on a dish scattered with a few tablespoons of spice mix.
I used Tastefully Simple's Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto mix - yum yum.
- Roll and press until completely covered,
then place on platter.
- Serve with crackers or bread slices. I brought along a package of small pumpernickle hoagies - thinly sliced they are the perfect bite-size!
